Funerals and Anointing of the Sick

Along with Reconciliation, Anointing of the Sick is a sacrament of healing for those suffering illness physically or mentally, or for those near their death.

The Funeral liturgy begins by recalling our Baptism, our committment to Christ, and his victory over death. Funerals may be celebrated any day except Holy Days of Obligation, Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter and the Sundays of the Advent, Lent, and Easter seasons.

For more information on the sacrament, or to discuss scheduling a funeral, please contact the parish office.
